okay .. I've got no more than $750 to spend on a computer, which will be used pretty much for games only.

While I could build one myself, This is the best deal I can find cause I don't want to bother going to newegg and trying to make sure stuff is compatable .. I also get warranty and free shipping if I go the way I'm going, not to mention a computer that I don't have to put together.

If somebody can find a better deal, (built or needing to be built) it would be much appreciated

Hate to tell you this, but the video card included in there, the FX 5200 is total fucking junk. It runs slower than the old Geforce 4200's. Even the ATI 8500/9200 series is a better card than that piece of shit. The good news is for $100 you can buy a much better ATI or Nvidia video card and upgrade it yourself.

No problem...I would recommend a 9700 over a 9800 any day.

Oh yes...by the way, don't get one made by Sapphire. Their cards are garbage, mine has cheap generic RAM on it, as well as an HSF that just totally died on me (I'm actually running off a TNT2 right now OCed to 166/166, believe it or not it can run HL2 pretty well). I just ordered a new Vantec "IceBerq 4 Pro" cooler as well as 8 Zalman BGA RAM heatsinks. I don't plan to overclock, I just want my card to run nice and cool.

The card I linked you to is a PowerColor. They are the best of the best. Their cards are a tad more fast and stable than an ATI model, not to mention that they overclock like a bat out of hell.

Good luck with your new gaming PC, I hope you enjoy it!

For about $500, you can get a much better PC than that HP.

I will give you the links for the parts tomorrow, I am tired as hell right now.
