I have the worst sleeping pattern. I cannot get to sleep at anytime before 4am. I also dont get up until usually 12 - 2pm. I just cant seem to get myself out of the habit. Its 0010 at the moment for me so I still got about 4 hours of boredom to go before my happy time.
Can't sleep the clowns will get me.
In all seriousness, I would go to a doctor to test for insomnia or something if this is a chronic issue. I know my deal is that my body got used to college life where I was up until two or three in the morning if not later.
