I have to convert a .wma file (or a windows movie maker file.) into a dvd file. I've googled it all to hell and got nothing like what i'm looking for...Is there any way to do this?

WMA (audio) or WMV (video)? You're going to have to convert it to mpeg2 for it to even think about going on a DVD,

Edit: Actually, I think Adobe Premier can do that, or Vegas. You could try tmpenc too.
