I used to think i was horribly depressed, and I would experiment with my bi-polar girlfriends pills to see if anything good could ever come of it, but they usually make you worse, or a zombie. Becoming numb is not a solution to depression.
Stay away from pills. Get a pet, or take up writing.
Pachyderm said:Those pills are designed for long term use and would not work correctly unless taken for about a month. When someone is on the pills at first, they are like a zombie, but after long term use, it gets more normal, and you become very depressed again. And when this happens you are usually prescribed more. So you're right: don't take em.
Animals do help too.
