This is one of those cryptic website puzzles, created by Ryan Brooks. Here is a link to his blog. Here is the link to the thread on gamedev.com.

The puzzle starts out on www.hack.net, but it's multi tiered. Woodreaux and I have already started, and are on level two; See if you can figure it out! We can use this thread to share information and clues. If you post clues, or anything that might give away the puzzle, please use the spoiler tags.

What the hell is it i'm drawing a blank.
I'm thinking some kind of fibonacci sequence. The binary from the first puzzle
spelled "pls get /two" when coverted to ascii codes.
I'm thinking it's something along the same lines.

Bump for boredom, sleeplessness and my continued attempts to figure this out.

Edit: I found this
http://www.hack.net/obs/ which leads to some sight about an observatory. The image embedded in the page is named getcsk .gif. I think there is some significance to this, especially after the "PLS GET /TWO" bit. Consequently, /csk is a page on clearsky.com (cleardarksky.com/csk).

Anyway, that's all I have right now. :happysad:

It involes computers, ancient cultures(Their writing), engineering, astronomy, and literature... and if I remember right some genetic code at least to get past most of the puzzle, I did it quite awhile ago, I have little rememberence of how to get there so don't ask, I just have some of the pages bookmarked now. I can actually help with the acient writing part but thats about it

Digging through DNS and scanning the shit out of the server. I had forgotten about saffron.hack.net and serge.hack.net too, and checked those out again. I didn't find anything there though, just like before.
