Likely stale caches going on.. I don't see any of these issues on desktop. I'll clear the Cloudflare cache as well.

CTRL-F5 reload help? Signing out, clearing your browser cache, exiting. Loading browser and re-signing in have the same issues?

No emojis or smileys use tinypic, we load all code locally.

On desktop it was doing it last night and today. I just pressed CTRL+F5 and it worked.

I could not figure this out either. I viewed the source for the web page and all of the smilies have embedded images as such:

This yields a 42 byte GIF image that is 1 pixel by 1 pixel and has a color of RGB(81, 10, 12), according to MS Paint.

Viewing the source today after the problem no longer exists shows the same embedded image. Some JavaScript must be changing the images after the page is loaded, so apparently the JavaScript was unable to load the right images yesterday.
