If you're talking about a non-professional job, then disregard all of the above.
I can't really help you. The last two jobs I got I basically showed up in my pjs and was hired on the spot. I kinda lucked out. Never even had a formal interview. But I know that if you have piercings other than one set for the ears for girls or tatoos or anything outragous that you should take them out, cover them up, or tame it. Also, turn off the cell phone and don't chew gum. Lets see, what else did they tell me to do at school? Show up a little bit early so you're waiting for them and they don't have to wait for you. Shake hands. Yada yada. Hope that helps.nephets said:Jobs why cant i get one. I think I have done everything right. I happen to like physical work... warehouse jobs or whatever.
People don't even hire me for those.

Back in cleveland I was in the tapers & painters union (drywall finishing) it was'nt bad.

Everybody says I should go into drywalling, cause I'm tall.
