slepping with the 'boss'

i've been with this guy for 2 mo. and we work together, he recently became my 'boss' and now he's un-comfy seeing me outside of work. not to mention the fact that he and i have to keep it a secret b/c our boss is...for lack of a better word... jealous? so is it wrong for me to sleep with my boss, if i was before he became my boss? especially when its against company rules?

First off;What is "slepping"?
Secondly;Read your last few words. I dont know your situation,fully. I can tell you,I've dont it twice. Regretably. Dont geht your honey where you make your money. Every relationship has the potential to behold an asshole.
I'm not saying your Man/Boss is. If he or you do,the differance can mean a shit day at work,or a really fuct day at work. It may be ok for some,chances are,it wont always be.

So long as the to of you can keep a "professional distance" from each other at work, it should not be a problem. Although, keep in mind that things may get akward if your relationship suddenly takes a nose dive.

Yeah, You really wouldn't want to sleep with the boss, things would just end too horrible, and you might even lose your job. So don't do it.

What a sucky position to have to be in. I'd say it's probobly better to call it off now. Especially if he's startin to act kinda sketchy at work. This is probobly one of those times where it truely is better to just be friends.

(Moe) I think in your situation it is okay, seeing how you two were together before he was promoted to the position of being your boss. The best solution to the situation is the capabilty to seperate work from professional. It is hard, but it can be done! While at work, treat each other as you would anyone in a typical employer/employee relationship. Keep your personal conflicts at home, and your professional conflicts in your place of business. If you feel it may be a work ethics issue, you may want to consult a Human Resources Professional in your company, explain your situation, if it is that big of a ethic issue, they may switch departments that the two of you work in, or different supervision anyway.
