Okay, so there are tons of Dilbert comics that tend to sum up my life at work. This one takes the cake, however.

Hahahaha! That sucks, but that is how it works with every occupation. I am only a student and that is used on me as well. They give the more intelligent students more work, so that they don't have more time left on their hands then the stupid kids who have to do their work over and over again.
