fuck fat-kins....
honestly to go. THat is awful for your body... get out and run more... make your metabolism work...jump rope, setups... eat less and drop your cal intake.
build muscle and your metabolism will kick in on its own
the hardcore atkins was hard.
But studies showed that just eating meat and eggs and cheese (which is true atkins) actually lowered LDLs, raised good cholester, lowered bad and lowered triglycerides (Fat in the blood)
but you have to excersize with atkins too. and its not a permanent diet. its only for like 2 to 6 months which shouldnt do any real damage to you.
the newer atkins allows green veggies with meat. So thats why i suggested a green chicken salad with a few small carrot pieces but no sweet dressings.
and some small amount of fruit dont effect it either.
then when you lose the 30-100 pounds that its designned for you ween yourself off of it for a more healthier ballanced diet.
The only 2 known diets to be proven to work now is Atkins and South Beach (Which is a ripoff of Atkins with a low carb theme)
Kitana I was never fat as a kid. as a matter of fact at age 16 I was skinny and drank shitloads of weight gain and benched weights jut to get up to 170 pounds.
I then gained some weight at age 21 and hit 190. then it stayed that way until I hit 30 and my metabalism slowed down and my weight shot up 50 pounds to 240. im now 222 but it goes up and down from 210 to 220.
its not easy for us people over 30. whats not normal is seeing all these young kids above 200 pounds. Only a couple guys were over 220 when I was in highschool and most of them were like samoan or large frame guys.
Over half the students in highschool in America or 30 pounds over idea weight these days. Many of them pushing 260 or more pounds.
I saw a whole group of highschool kids break for lunch and they must have been like 6 foot 5 feet and 400 pounds. Partly do to this drivethrough lifestyle America has become. The hormones in foods today make children mature faster and grow taller and fatter then any other time in history. all of this happened in a 20 year period.
But my point is when you hit 30 You will have to work 4 times as hard to keep your figure.
