I hate spending half an hour backing up my phone, and two more hours hard-resetting my phone and resetting the configs to my liking.
It started with errors and really slow operation. After a hard reset it works properly but I can't seem to erase all of the files and format my SD card.
The memory card acts like it is working but when I go back to the dang after deleting everything, it still has Android files and app and user data... It's like there is a write-protect on it and I can't even delete it from Android. I think it's actually jacked up. Probably what was causing the problem in the first place because I had every app I could resident on the SD card. First one to ever crap out on me. Hmm...or I got a nasty bit of nasty malware on this thing that isolates the data and won't let me touch it. It's killing over half of my 64GB... Antivirus/Antimalware doesn't see anything wrong. Smart Phones... sigh.
There was a moment where you almost made sense. Go ahead and enjoy your little rebellions against useful terms like First World. I guess whatever makes you edgy. If you really want to push the envelope maybe you should consider growing out your hair or think about getting a tattoo. Boy O' Boy...that'll really show Mom who's boss.
Hey! I already did that! I can't seem to bring myself to dye it blue though...
That didn't make any sense. Nothing you said had any relevance to what he said.
I think his point is that we're all spoiled and should just bend over and take whatever the system is serving and be "thankful" for it! If, while living such lavish and blessed lives, we complain, then we're acting like rebellious teenagers trying to shake out fists at our mothers while slamming out bedroom doors and yelling at the top of our lungs. While I agree that to an extent we are spoiled in many ways in the "first world," there are however, many injustices and there is definitely a struggle to survive in many cases. He is obviously a self-made millionaire, sitting on his pile of gold like Scrooge McDuck, in his vault-mancave, having worked and saved his whole life so he can make fun of people who don't want to spend 8-10 hours a day in a soulless occupation, doing soulless work, for barely enough money to survive on. I have been there and it sucks. Now, I'm better off. I worked hard and sacrificed, I am not going to lie. I think grown ups choose to push for a safe, moral society, not a Darwinist view of reality. The moral grownup in the world today, sees the need to protect personal wealth and property, as well as personal rights and freedoms, but also realizes the reality of things like, "if you are against Abortion then you better be for Welfare." We ARE NOT a "second or third world" nation - yet, but if we let the selfish, temper tantrumers run the world, or the uber rich, we will soon attain that distinction. There is always a happy medium. Balance is good. Today we are so polarized that people are killing other people over political protest - even the ones where no one is burning things. It's more "fun" to troll people, and fan the flames of social discord. It's funny. It's somehow helping to talk crap about individualism and self-sufficiency when you have everything you need and the person you are "debating" is still struggling. Your words will someone encourage them to do better.
What goes around, comes around...
