I understand that i'm in the majority around here, but i wanted to know. Why would you vote for Bush? What had he done that warrants another four years of our lives? I havent filled in the circle on my absentee yet...maybe if i get a good enough arguement, i could sway.....but i dont think its possible to come up with a good one. Prove me wrong.

To play devils advocate (as someone speaking objectively).

Bush will finish what he started. Yes, he will do it in a fumbling, bumbling way. But there is nothing worse than a job that is only half complete. If he pulls out of Iraq (we all know its one of the major issues) then there will be a power vacuum in that country, ready to be filled by a smooth talking sadistic dictator.

Once that happens, the republicans will be voted in after 8 years (maybe under one of Bush's daughters - just to continue the family legacy of war in Iraq: seems to be a right of passage in that family now) and once again we'll see it all go to shit.

Hang on, maybe i'm not that objective, because Bush will sign a free trade agreement with us in January if re-elected, where Kerry will not. Whether thats good for you guys or not i am not sure.

Well I feel that bush will do the best at defending America. For example the pre-emptive stradegy, I agree with, and Kerry thinkg we should wait, maybe wait til we get hit, then do something, which by then lives been lost and it would show that once again someone can strike us.

Besides that, I think over all Bush will and can do a better job at protection, homeland, yes he is a republican so he will be more for the bussiness man than working fmailies, but however his tax cuts benefits mor ethen the rich, I think Kerry failed to mention that insteatd of the usual $400 people got for Child, now get up to $1,000 becasue of Bush. If there is a threat Bush will protect us.

For example if N. Korea launched a missle and hit hawaii or something, if Kerry was president he would go around asking the world if he could do anything about it or wait to be hit again which people like me (Bush Supporters) call this "Taking an International Poll when it comes to America's defense), yes Bush also said this but is very true.

let's not forget Kerry's ever changins posistions, he only says what is "popular' or would get him the vote.

I hope this helps, and I would be proud of 4 more years with Bush :)

Go BUSH!

same old arguments, same old ignorance.. blw did your daddy tell you about all those relevant facts? cause they're so.. relevant.

security. pre-emptive strategy... Oh yeah I like that. Hit them hard before they hit you!!! Like iraq for example. They had WMD's so we had to hit them or Saddam wouldve nuked the SHIT out of us!!! Bush is my hero.

OR maybe the "pre-emptive" strategy is just an excuse (justified by 9/11) to hit strategical targets.. What if an US oil corporation needs to build a pipeline across some country to transport some oil or natural gas to the sea; but the country in question say "fuck you and your pipeline" . Then the corporation just has to suck a few balls, and boom. Bush with his super pre-emptive strategy can bomb the shit out of this country and replace its government with some greedy bastards. And he will justify that by saying, "we will do whatever it takes to fight terrorism." And his supporters will go "YEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAA"

what a beautiful world *whipes a tear of joy*

Hey, you: Did you pay attention to the debates at all? Kerry admitted that pre-emptive strikes are 'good ideas'; he states this while comparing Pres. Kennedy's Cuban Missile Crisis vs. Pres. Bush's "invasion". Both are pre-emptive strikes, but one was handled much better (ahem..Kennedy). So saying that Kerry isn't for pre-emptive strikes (i.e. waiting for things to happen to us) is just false.

Besides, how do we know that Bush wasn't waiting for 9/11 in order for him to use the pre-emptive strike on iraq???

rage.... I am tired of hearing about peoples conspiracy theories... put some proof with your opinion please..

Why will I vote for Bush...
... well first off I wish I had a better choice....
but I don't

Bush more closely aligns with my own political opinions... if I were to take the top 20 issues I would prolly side with conservatives on 17 -20 of them.. so even though I disagree with the way Bush is handling some things.. or I disagree with his administrations positions on some things.. I am with them on most....

I am against Partial Birth Abortion
I am against Appeasement as a way to keep the US safe
I am against racial profiling and racial preferences
I am a strong supporter of the Military.. in action and words
I am against allowing the UN to dictate and manage troop movements and deployments...
I am against raising taxes
I am against big government (except for homeland security... keeping us safe)
I am against social promotion in schools
I believe that socialized health care is the first step toward socialism
I don't believe someone should be punished by the government for making "too much" money
I believe in capitolism..

I believe that conservatives think with thier brains... and liberals think with thier hearts...

here's the good link. I doubt you will understand any of it, but everything is possible.

www.informationclearinghouse.info/article1665.htm

They are not conspiracy theories. The neocons, the think-tank warhawks within the Bush administration are not theories, they are real. Are you in the army ? Fuck, you look... dumb. sorry.

the kid is 20 posts deep and already starting shit...they're putting big balls on these kids now-a-days huh? it really drags the intelligence of the thread down, when we start with the "fuck kerry" "fuck bush" shit, right now the only person with any sort of sense is dangeo...at least he came up with examples..and rage, i respect your energy, but there's nothing we can do, so trying to convince these kids with that article (which was really informative) is an exercise in futility...too many words for the youngsters....too late for the opportunity to sway...i sent in my ballot this morning with my kerry bubble really dark...and a mysterious bell shaped imprint where bush's name is....i'll leave it to your imagination.
